3. SMS Communication
Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS notifications, you agree to receive automated text messages from Profound for:
- Booking confirmations and receipts
- Session reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before scheduled sessions)
- Cancellation notifications
- Important account updates and security alerts
Message Frequency: Varies based on your booking activity. Typically 2-4 messages per booking.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Your phone number and message content are processed in accordance with Twilio's privacy policy and our security standards.
4. Information Sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
4.1 Between Users
- When you book a session, we share your name and contact information with the expert
- Expert profiles are visible to potential clients on our platform
- Messages sent through our platform are visible to both parties
4.2 Service Providers
- Firebase/Google Cloud: Cloud hosting, database, authentication, and file storage
- Stripe: Payment processing and payout services
- Twilio: SMS messaging services
