Do

• Be honest in your profile, your offerings, and your reviews.
• Show up on time, prepared, and on the platform.
• Keep all booking, payment, and communication on Profound.
• Use the in-app Report button when something feels off.
• Treat every user with dignity and respect.
• Respect cultural, religious, and personal differences.
• If you are an expert, follow your professional/regulatory obligations.

Don't

• Don't post or share sexual content of any kind.
• Don't use Profound if you are under 18, and don't help anyone under 18 use it. Profound is an adults-only platform.
• Don't harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or coordinate abuse.
• Don't sell or promote illegal goods or services.
• Don't use Profound to circumvent legal, payment, or tax obligations.
• Don't direct payments off-platform.
• Don't impersonate another person or claim credentials you don't hold.
• Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the platform.

For experts

• Identity verification may be required.
• Keep sessions focused on the offering the client booked and conduct yourself professionally.
• If a session feels unsafe or inappropriate, end it and report.

Reporting & enforcement

Use the in-call or profile Report button, or email safety@getprofound.net. Reports involving suspected minor users, CSAM, sexual content, threats, or self-harm are escalated to a human reviewer with priority. We may pause or remove accounts during review. See our Child Safety Statement for our commitments on minor protection.
