Profound connects students with independent tutors. Tutors set their own availability and offerings. We are not a party to the tutoring engagement, but we provide the platform, messaging, scheduling, and payment tooling.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and maintaining account security.

Bookings & payments

• Students may request and book sessions through the Services.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Additional fees may apply depending on your region.
• Cancellation and refund rules may vary by booking type; the app will show the applicable policy at checkout where possible.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform operations.
• Do not post illegal content or infringe others’ rights.
• Respect other users and comply with applicable laws.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind.
