Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions:
Microphone Not Working
- • Check that your mic is not muted in the app
- • Verify browser/app has microphone permission
- • Try selecting a different microphone in settings
Camera Not Working
- • Ensure camera is not being used by another app
- • Check that camera permission is granted
- • Try refreshing the page or restarting the app
Poor Video Quality
- • Move closer to your WiFi router
- • Close other apps using bandwidth
- • Try turning off your camera if connection is poor
Screen Share Looks Black or Flickers
- • Share from a computer (web). The other person can watch on iPhone or web.
- • Stop sharing and start again if the picture freezes on a phone.
- • Prefer a strong Wi-Fi connection - screen share uses more data than camera.
Session Tips
- • Join a few minutes early to test your setup
- • Use headphones for better audio quality
- • Face a light source for better video quality
- • Mute yourself when not speaking in group sessions
