How Pricing Works
Pros set their own hourly rates based on their expertise and experience. When booking:
Session-Based Pricing
You pay per session based on the pro's hourly rate and session duration:
- • 30 minutes = 50% of hourly rate
- • 60 minutes = full hourly rate
- • 90 minutes = 150% of hourly rate
Package Deals
Some pros offer packages with multiple sessions at a discounted rate. Look for "Packages" on their profile page.
When You Pay
Book a session
Submit your booking request - no charge yet
Pro confirms
The pro reviews and accepts your request
Payment collected
You're charged after the session is confirmed
Payment Security
Your payment information is always secure:

- Encrypted - All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- PCI compliant - We never store your full card details

Cancellation & Refunds
If you need to cancel a session, do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to the pro's cancellation policy. Contact support if you have any issues.
