Important

New booking requests from students. Respond within 24 hours to avoid expiration.

Messages

When students send you messages or inquiries.

Session Reminders

Reminders before upcoming sessions (24 hours, 1 hour, 15 minutes).

Reviews & Updates

When students leave reviews or there are platform updates.

Notification Channels

Push Notifications

Instant alerts on your phone. Highly recommended for booking requests.

Detailed notifications with full session info and links.

Configuring Your Settings

  1. 1Go to SettingsNotifications
  2. 2Toggle notifications on/off for each type
  3. 3Select channels (push, email) for each type
  4. 4Configure quiet hours if needed

Quiet Hours

Set times when you don't want to be disturbed:

Default: 10 PM - 7 AM

Non-urgent notifications are silenced

Urgent Exceptions

Session reminders within 1 hour always come through

Recommended Settings

For optimal responsiveness, we recommend enabling push notifications for:

  • Booking requests - Don't miss new students
  • Session reminders - Never be late
  • Messages - Quick responses build trust
