Configure your weekly schedule so clients can book sessions with you at convenient times.

Why Availability Matters

Your availability settings determine when clients can book with you:

Control Your Schedule

Only show times when you're actually free to teach

Avoid Conflicts

Prevent double-bookings and scheduling headaches

More availability means more booking opportunities

Setting Up Your Schedule

To configure your availability:

  1. 1Go to ProfileAvailability
  2. 2Enable the days you want to work
  3. 3Set start and end times for each day
  4. 4Add multiple time slots if needed (e.g., mornings and evenings)
  5. 5Save your changes

Managing Time Slots

Each day can have multiple time slots:

Add Time Slot

Click "Add time slot" to add another availability window for a day.

Remove Time Slot

Click the trash icon to remove a time slot you no longer need.

Example: If you offer sessions mornings and evenings but not afternoons, add two time slots: 9 AM - 12 PM and 6 PM - 9 PM.

Timezone Settings

Your timezone affects how clients see your availability:

Automatic Detection

Your timezone is detected from your device by default

Manual Override

You can select a different timezone in availability settings

Client View

Clients see your times converted to their local timezone

Best Practices

  • • Be generous with availability when starting out
  • • Add buffer time between sessions for breaks
  • • Consider clients in different timezones
  • • Update availability promptly when your schedule changes
  • • Keep at least some evening/weekend slots for working professionals
