Accessing Your Schedule

View your sessions from the Bookings tab:

  1. 1Tap Bookings in the navigation
  2. 2View Upcoming sessions at the top
  3. 3Scroll down to see Past sessions

Schedule Views

Filter and view your sessions different ways:

Upcoming

All confirmed sessions scheduled for the future.

Past

Completed and cancelled sessions history.

Pending

Requests waiting for your confirmation.

Calendar View

See sessions on a weekly or monthly calendar.

Session Details

Tap any session to see full details:

Client Information

Name, contact, and session history with this client

Date & Time

Session timing in your local timezone

Session delivery

Sessions take place over video calls in the app

Actions

Join session, message client, reschedule, or cancel

Managing Sessions

From the session details, you can:

Join Session

Start the video call when it's time (available 5 min before)

Reschedule

Propose a new time if needed (requires client approval)

Cancel

Cancel if you can't make it (try to give 24+ hours notice)

Schedule Tips

  • • Check your schedule daily for upcoming sessions
  • • Add buffer time between sessions
  • • Prepare materials before each session
  • • Send a reminder message to clients
  • • Keep notes on what you covered for follow-ups
