What Are Packages?
Packages are bundles of multiple sessions offered at a discounted rate:

How to Purchase a Package
- 1Open the pro's profile
- 2Look for the "Packages" section
- 3Review the package. Listings show the per-session price and how many sessions are included. The full package total appears when you tap Book This Package.
- 4Tap "Purchase" on your preferred package
- 5Complete payment - your sessions are ready to use!
Service area and availability
On a package page, the listing tells you where the pro works and how soon they can take a session:
Service area
The radius pill shows in-person range (for example 60 mi service area), Virtual, or In your area when we know your location.
Soonest opening
Directly under Book This Package, a status row shows Available now, Available today, or Available tomorrow when the pro has an opening on their calendar. If nothing shows, they have not published a slot that soon.
Package Match Alerts
If you turn on matching, we can tip you when a package fits the interests on your profile:
iPhone push
Turn on Package Matches in Profile → Settings. At most once a week, we send a photo of the top match with the title and price. Tap View to open that package, or Not now to dismiss.
SMS and email
On the web or iPhone, turn on Match me with packages via SMS (weekly) or Match me with packages via email (monthly). These are separate from the iPhone photo alert.
Using Your Package Sessions
After purchasing a package:
Book Normally
Sessions are automatically deducted from your package
Track Remaining
View remaining sessions in your Bookings tab
Same Pro Only
Packages are valid only with the pro who created them
Satisfaction guaranteed
Not happy with a session? Your pro will make it right - redo or credit, just let us know.
- Let us know if you are not happy with a session.
- Your pro will redo the session or credit what you have not used.
- Still unresolved after that? Contact support and we will step in.

- • Some packages may have restrictions on rescheduling
