Access your client list from the Clients tab:

  1. 1Tap Clients in the navigation
  2. 2View all clients you've had sessions with
  3. 3Tap on a client to see their details

All past and upcoming sessions with this client

Total Sessions

How many sessions you've completed together

Package Status

If they've purchased packages, remaining sessions shown

Communicating with Clients

Stay in touch with your clients:

In-App Messages

Send messages directly through the app. History is saved for reference.

Session Notes

Add private notes after sessions to track what you covered.

Tracking Progress

Keep track of each client's journey:

See dates, durations, and topics covered

Add Notes

Record progress, areas to focus on, and follow-ups

Clients can leave reviews after sessions:
