Rating Your Session
After a session ends, Profound asks you to rate your pro. A written review is optional.
Rate with one tap
- 1When the session finishes, a card appears on Home asking how it went. It shows your pro's photo and the session date and time so you can tell which session it is.
- 2Tap a star from 1 to 5. That rating is saved right away. You do not need to press submit.
- 3You can then write a short review if you want. Tap Add review to save it, or Skip to leave only the stars. Home thanks you, then the card fades away. A session you already rated will not ask again.
Notifications
You also get a notification when the session ends, so you can rate even if you are not already on Home. Opening it takes you to the rating card.
What others see
Your star rating and any written review can appear on the pro's public profile. Your name is shown. A rating without written comments still counts.

- A written review is optional. Stars alone are enough
